From the moment we checked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel right at home. the location of the hotel was perfect - right in the heart of the city, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, with premium bedding and thoughtful amenities like free WiFi. We enjoyed relaxing in the separate sitting area, savoring the comfort and tranquility it offered. the complimentary hot breakfast was a real highlight, and we particularly loved the waffles - they were simply amazing! Despite one minor hiccup with a staff member named Jennifer, the rest of the team at Hawthorn Suites was exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable and enjoyable. the on-site mini-golf course and basketball court provided fun and leisure activities, adding to the overall charm of the hotel. For those inclined towards leisure or business, Hawthorn Suites offers a range of amenities catering to both needs. With a 24-hour fitness center, outdoor pool, and jetted tub, guests can truly unwind and recharge. Business travelers will appreciate the in-room workstations and conference space available.
